Assuming you are above average mentally fucked with multiple markers indicating personality disorders and above average in atleast one of the dark triad traits.
Would you go to therapy or dark triad maxx?
How do you base your decision?

Therapy seems gay tbh. Also wouldn't help me be sociable. I have that part down, it's just I can't keep up conversations because I don't have any NT hobbies or activities.

it is expensive, gay, and utterly useless

If you are depressed it is because you are ugly, broke, or both. Therapy does not fix either of these things
