Dark under eye

So im starting to get a subtle darkness under my eyes. I want to know how to get rid of that, people say don't apply retin a around eyes, don't dermapen around eyes etc etc, idk how im suppose to get rid of the darkness under my eyes, more so prevention of it getting worse.

You can bleach it with hydroquinone & get insane results. I used to do this but since decided that the tired look is kinda aesthetic.
