dark undereye what the fuck going on?

my undereye area looks pretty alike to this picture
idk if that's tear troughs or not,and don't know what caused the dark shit right under my eyes.It doesn't go away when i pinch.

I have way worse version of ts like the colour is same but way more wrinkles/itachi lines and son no copes only infraorbitals or larp
