If your eyebrows are already brown just try going dark brown and keep it on for a few minutes, next time you dye them keep it on for longer and they won't see the difference each time. I can't be bothered to do allat personally but if you care that much do it that way

Using minoxidil on your eyebrows will make them darker and denser over a span of months.
