All human pigmentation traits get lighter with age. In all races, hair becomes white with age. Eyes become bluer in advanced age, and male skin lightens (female darkens however).

That study mentioned in this thread by the brown-eyes coper was contradicted by its own authors in a follow-up study. In the follow-up, men with blue eyes were rated more dominant than brown eyes.
