Need to get rid of my fat face asap

Dunk your face in extremely cold water with ice in it for a good while before going to bed and after waking up. Do not consume salt, eat two banan. Don't oversleep.

I have noticed that my face and eye area gets puffy after sleeping for over 8-9 hours, it's due to fluid retention from laying down.
