All I found was that she gave birth at home. That doesn't mean she didn't need midwifery / assistance giving birth. Given that these problems naturally exist for humans due to biology, your argument is essentially irrelevant.

Even if more complications arise from bad diet, the fact we see more complications from younger women (who aren't any less likely to be on a primal diet LMAO) entails that age is another factor that worsens the natural human tendency to have birth complications. What is a perfect birthing canal? Again we have analysis of skeletal remains from 10,000+ years ago showing that pelvis proportions weren't significantly different.
