I’m talking to a girl right now, and I really like her, and I think she likes me too. A few days ago, or maybe even weeks ago, I don’t remember exactly, I made the first move and tried to kiss her. We had been talking for about a month. She didn’t pull away or anything, so I thought everything was going perfectly.
Later, we went outside with our friends (we had been at my house before). Everything was normal until it was time for her to leave because her bus was coming. We always hugged when saying goodbye, so I thought that since I had already made a move and she hadn’t rejected me, I would give her a goodbye kiss. But this time she pulled away and explained that she didn’t want to kiss in front of people because she gets embarrassed.
Obviously, I understood. Then that night, she sent me a voice message saying that we were moving too fast and stuff like that. I told her that it was completely fine and that we could take things slower.
Now it’s been weeks since that happened, and we haven’t kissed again. Is that normal?
