because girls are still vulnerable at these ages. friendzone game, common interests, approaching etc, will work durng this time frame but once a girl hits 21-her defenses will be impossible to penetrate. an 18 year old girl is very vulnerable you can approach her. hell, even i, when i was 18, i had a 16 yo stacy come and introduce herself to me. its easy as fuck in these ages.
