i’m 26(M) and everyone still thinks I’m in high school or college freshman. Everyone always says that it’ll be good when I’m older but I hate hearing that lol. Just feel like it makes dating tough and anyone taking me seriously.

That's funny when people think at mid 20s they will look 50 years older than they did in high school. That is not unusual to look the same. Wait til after 35 when stuff changes.
