Alright I measured it a few times using this method. Measurements varied with 18.5 being the lowest and 19.5 being the highest. Let's say I'm at 19 inch bidelt... Is it any good for someone that doesnt lift?

19 inch + gymcel = not bad tbh and totally fine

I took a look at the ANSUR studies and various uni studies

it seems like the avg untrained is around 18.5 inches so 19 would be moderately above average so fine with gymcelling.

Its a bit iffy about what data set to use because of how late clavicles fuse, but I think we can consider 18-19 inches to be the average range

Overall I prefer using shoulder span as an indicator of frame but its annoying to measure.
