he did ppl with 3x12 and did a high volume focusing on deadlifts bench and squat

nothing i said is wrong lol i used to train low volume no gains then switched to 3-4 sets and started alot of gains

more volume = more muscle, lowering with each following set, where the first set gives most gains, 2nd gives less and so on, eventually peaking around 8 sets before decreasing. you could do 1 set and it'll be enough to grow, and 2 sets is the sweet spot minimum.

rep ranges change based on factors like your goals and muscle fiber type. lower reps = increase cns adaptation so you lift more weight, high reps = pointless cardio

Low reps lead to the same amount of growth and stimulus as high rep sets with less fatigue. There are multiple studies on this, not Mike Isratel.
