David Sneep (pic included of him), a man born 30 January 1975 to a white American mother and a Mexican father, raped two 9 year old girls then killed them before walking outside and shooting a further 14 people in his neighborhood dead on 6 March 2023. At around 3:45PM the police arrived and he was killed at 4PM after a 15-minute standoff where he shot at 3 officers, killing one instantly.
