This is my first day taking accutane, yes i finally started accutane and ended the diet cope
I'll be updating you guys every week to show my progress
Im on 40mg prescribed

Accutanecels is it okay to take 1 pill 20mg for lunch at 6PM and other 20mg pill lets say at 11PM
is there a time that must pass before a second dose?

just take 40mg everyday in the moring
at least thats what im doing and its working

i went to a derm 2 months ago and i forgot whether she said to take it with breakfast and dinner or with lunch and dinner

That's gna whack your test up to the high heavens.

High test causing acne is somewhat of a myth.

High test ≈ High estrogen which causes acne

But a lot of animal foods are aromatase inhibitors.

It's primarily your body excreting toxins.

Pair accutane with a diet of liver, egg yolks, steak, and fruit juice.

i literally started accutane one week after you on my 16th dosage
i take 10mg in the morning and another 10mg 8-10 hours later
its actually better to take it that way gives your livers some time to adjust
diet cope is the worst dont ever fall for that shit waited way to fucking long.
btw MAKE SURE to use desloratadine to minimize purging.
i have not purged whatsoever
ill do 40mg next month and then 60 for 4 months.

im at 30 rn still not purging
i have a theroy that if you start small and let your skin adjust u wont purge
yea one pill of 5mg 1 hour before taking accutane
also maybe dont moisturize it might be the reson why u purged
