Will be making a log of calisthenics I do to help motivate me. Doing them until exhaustion. Will give myself 1 min break each. As time goes on I may add more exercises.
Day 1: woke up at 8. Haven’t even eaten anything at all yet (bad idea regretted it later)
Pushups: 51. Disappointing to say the least. I could have done 76 before
Flutter kicks: lasted 1:21 secs before exhaustion.
Squats: 43. Not surprising really legs have always been my weak spot.
chin ups: 7. Fucking pathetic.
Pullups: 3. Most disheartening. I could’ve done 17 before.
Will add running tomorrow. As I’ve just vomited yesterday’s lunch just now.
Final notes: pathetic. Myself four months ago would smoke the shit out of me.
