Day 1 of calisthenics

Will be making a log of calisthenics I do to help motivate me. Doing them until exhaustion. Will give myself 1 min break each. As time goes on I may add more exercises.

Day 1: woke up at 8. Haven’t even eaten anything at all yet (bad idea regretted it later)

Pushups: 51. Disappointing to say the least. I could have done 76 before

Flutter kicks: lasted 1:21 secs before exhaustion.

Squats: 43. Not surprising really legs have always been my weak spot.

chin ups: 7. Fucking pathetic.

Pullups: 3. Most disheartening. I could’ve done 17 before.

Will add running tomorrow. As I’ve just vomited yesterday’s lunch just now.

Final notes: pathetic. Myself four months ago would smoke the shit out of me.

I can only do like 30 good form pushups I need to do 40 to pass military minimum requirements. I will be training with you here now.

129. I think exhaustion took a big role in it. I used to weigh 143 (I think somewhere around that mark) and could’ve done 15.

It is very brutal. I think combination of empty stomach and exhaustion made it worse though
 
what do you mean 51 pushups? like in one-go without stopping? literally not possible that you can do 51 pushups in one-go but only 3 pullups

Completely different muscle groups. Pull-ups are triceps, back, lats while pushups is almost entirely chest. And yes all in one go with correct form. Also I think combination of not eating anything and exhaustion from everything else made it worse
