very bloated and going on vacation so its my last resort imma cramp but be very debloated
My plan:
Day 1:
-6L water
-150g carbs (due to me already eaten too much)
-3000+mg sodium
-Li cardio
Day 2-3
-6l water
-50-100g carbs
-3000+ sodium
-only walking/biking
Day 4:
- 4-6L water
- Cut sodium 0-500mg
- resting
Day 5:
- cut water to 500-1500ml
- no salt 0-500mg sodium
- 0 carbs only meat
So when i cut water on day 5 all the water will depleat from myself and keep my sodium and eat meat based on vacation to stay debloated
