Day 1 of the water cut (waterloading)

very bloated and going on vacation so its my last resort imma cramp but be very debloated:smonk:

My plan:

Day 1:
-6L water
-150g carbs (due to me already eaten too much)
-3000+mg sodium
-Li cardio


Day 2-3
-6l water
-50-100g carbs
-3000+ sodium
-only walking/biking

Day 4:
- 4-6L water
- Cut sodium 0-500mg
- resting

Day 5:
- cut water to 500-1500ml
- no salt 0-500mg sodium
- 0 carbs only meat

So when i cut water on day 5 all the water will depleat from myself and keep my sodium and eat meat based on vacation to stay debloated:feelsokman:

Mirin. Why dont you use the eplerenone or diuretics in general??

Too late lol i got a source for furosemide and eplerenone but shipping takes more then 4 days in europe so coffee is the only diuretic i can use:feelsrope:

You can do a ECA stack for losing weight aswell.

Yup did it twice for a fight year back cramped both times but gotta thug it out

tbh I never did, I just used some diuretics a few times and it was terrible. Like, can u be "u"?

Yeah ur muscles just atrophy faster due to water being dragged out but the day or two after i stay relatively debloated and feel normal again just reverse it slowly

Just completely cut carbs 3 days before you go and be done.

So on the second day i cut carbs?? Why point of waterloading is getting alot of fluid in ur system and carbs hold like 3ml of water per gram no? Correct me if im wrong u prob got more knowledge if u can take the time to give me a day to day:forcedsmile:

Your trying to debloat, no?

Quickest way of doing that is completely cutting out carbs and sodium. It will shed water from below your skin quickly.

I am but thatll stop at a point for ur body to like properly function look at fighters doing this they always debloat more while their diet is meat based.

Day 4:
You stop salt/sodium, but keep drinking lots of water. Your body keeps flushing out water, even without salt.

Day 5:
You stop drinking water. But your body still flushes water like before. This makes you look dry, tight, and less bloated.

Basically ur body gets used to urinating due to high water and sodium and when u cut it ur body keeps flushing for a while

Unless you only care about looking debloated until you touch food to your mouth you are better off keeping water the same as normal and just cutting the carbs. Sodium retention is barely a problem on no carbs either. You would remain debloated the entire holiday provided you don’t eat carbs, unlike your method where you dehydrate yourself and then ballon back up the next day.

3-4 days before the first day you need the be debloated go to zero carbs. Just meat, eggs etc.

After fighters weight-in they can gain 10-20lbs back within 24hr. They do to extreme lengths to dehydrate themselves.

Ty alot lol almost fucked myself genuinely tysm jus looked it up and yeah imma jus stop wating for today and tommorow just eat meat and eggs till i go on vacation:forcedsmile:
