i need to lock in ASAP. im changing cities in 2 months.
im already getting perm contact in 1 month but i cant be hmtn at 50% bf

I don’t recommend the normie 500 deficit it’s painfully slow

You should be in atleast a 1000 deficit if you want to see some major improvement in a reasonable amount of time, even that’s low.

So long as the food you do eat is nutrient dense you shouldn’t see any major sides. I’ve been in a 2000 cal deficit for a few weeks with major improvements made, I just feel a bit more tired at certain points of the day

Im a teenager i dont wanna stunt height. Ive done research being at this level deficit is aafe for me. I will lose fat safely and stunt my growth less

holy crap pls dont do this 2000 calorie deficit you will literally end up malnourished unless you had done a proper bulk before and your face will look gaunt and shit too
1000 calorie deficit is sufficient and even aggressive you will get shredded in 12-14 weeks on it assuming 20%+ bf
