Thank you for the help bro much appreciated, I am currently bulking for the gym so i honestly don't know if I can do both at the same time

Mandible asymmetry, maxilliary width, excess facial fat; surgery or myofascial exercises (there is this guy with the last name patel who talk about this stuff on YouTube) and losing weight.

Also a better haircut that coves less of your forehead and doesn't look like a messy broccoli.
