day 10 of cal deficit (600 calories a day)

I've only eaten about 600 calories a day i did eat 1500 last Wednesday and I've noticed a lot of facial bloat gone(i know this isn't any actual weight loss).
i do tend to get nauseous at about 4pm every day. i usually eat once a day nothing specific and drink only water. snacks are lettuce + hot sauce or cucumber + hot sauce. also tend to get very high to avoid hunger i guess i have a reverse effect of the munchies.

and i know it isn't healthy but im not tryna wait forever to lose weight

any tips
 
lettuce, cucumber, and hot sauce. surely u wont be skinny fat

smoke more. it’s very easy to starve if you just keep smoking, i’ve done this bfr
