miracle drug holy shit

Lost about 5-6kg, some lean mass as well because I am definetely pinning too much and I forget to eat, ate 300 grams of chicken breast and a single macadamia nut today forgot to drink protein shake

Started 91-90kg now am 85, goal is when I’m 8% hopefully between 75-80kg

For context I’m pinning 4mg every 5 day which I know is a lot, no side effects just forget to eat
