Day 12 - Broke the NO FAP streak…

Wanked 2 times today after 12 days of continuous no fap

Also only drank 2L of water

I think the main thing that lead to this were lustful thoughts -> browsing on social media/org and coming across horny bait - doing this over the course of several days - finally doing it

Ideally I want to stop having those thoughts entirely but then I would be asexual and inhuman. I will prevent myself from browsing org from now on as 99% of the time I’m only here to rot and not to get useful info

Another thing that will help no fap is cultivating a good environment in which you don’t feel the need to fap. Good family friends etc, also listening to good podcasts, reading good books.

Diet was pretty bad. Didn’t eat a lot, which is good for loosing weight but no protein so it doesn’t matter. I need to improve my diet considerably.

I need to stop using my phone as much

I hate when my parents ramble on about useless shit it pisses me off although it’s probably valuable I just don’t care

I will continue this journey no matter what, we’ll move on past this
