Day 15 of self improvement
Started the day nice with some stretching and warm water. I sweat a lot even from stretching which is a little fucked but the more I do it the less effort I need to exert
My diet was healthy again but just lacking protein.
I figured out I probably have a pretty bad vitamin d deficiency so I need to vitamin d max. Also need to omega 3 max.
Drank enough water, 3L finally but that was mostly because I did cardio in the evening. Normally only drinking 2L feels like a lot. I guess I’ll keep trying until my body adapts.
Talking to people is as gay and awkward as always but I’ll get there
I will succeed in my vision and will do better tomorrow
Once some very basic softmaxxes are done, and then the next stage of major softmaxxes, I will get a plan for money and I will hardmaxx in a few months.
So:
1)Phase 0 - setup, clearing up shitty health, basic softmaxxes, restore being social again instead of being an awkward little faggot
2)Phase 1 - majority of softmaxxes, maybe one hardmaxx, actively be more social, talk to girls

3)phase 2 - final hardmaxxdd, should hopefully be ascended to HTN+ by this point. If not then keep trying ig.
