(Day 2) 1 Week Semen Retention

i lied im gonna just make new threads every day since i converse with people on each subject and they wont see the new updates

Day 2 hit pretty hard ngl. Again i had a pretty normal day at school but i was a bit hornier than usual and kept getting bricked every 45 minutes or so but the leg squeeze method is unpatched when i got home of course i had absolutely no homework or anything to do so i was just doomscrolling. This is when the temptations are strongest and i gave in and ate a poptart (not jerking). it was a school one with 340 calories so after the post craving clarity ended i used my treadmill and burnt 500 calories flat. Then i showered and didnt eat dinner because cardio shut off my hunger so i ended the day in surplus so overall great day!
