Did a quick 10 min session on both zygos today. Used a small steel hammer with a cloth wrap. Feeling a bit sore and slightly swollen on both sides seems like a decent sign of microtrauma kicking in.
No bruising, just some tenderness when pressing the area. I iced right after and took magnesium and collagen. Keeping it light for now don’t want to overdo it early.
Main goal is more defined cheekbones without fillers. Planning to combine this with mewing and some facial fat loss later on. But i am still skinny so idk adout that part. Open to tips if anyone’s been through this and seen good results.
