ive been tryna avoid that, cuz after 4-5 days of water fasting ur body starts running on ketones and you don't feel hungry or get cravings anymore, like a natural high

You can absolutely get shredded without peptides actually, the difficulty and all that physiological shit about dieting is individual dependent. It's just that peptides make it a lot easier.
