Started to have a little urge to redownload it, but we’re stronger than ever.

Tbh it’s so easy, I just focus on something else when I have the urge to download it.

I would ask for a elaborate, but no one can explain how TikTok does NOT fry your dopamine levels.

Keep lying to yourself that TikTok is not bad so you could feel better with yourself.

i could understand it if you deleted it cause you have to lock in and moneymaxx, but “indirectly” is not proffitively

Stable dopamine levels are the most important thing ever.

Good dopamine levels = more time outside, more energetic, focused, motivated etc.

Bad dopamine levels = feels like shit, don’t do anything with himself, rot with 10 hours of screen time.

But u need to have some serious selfcontrol to moderate this
I tried to put some limits with some apps on TikTok, but I always kept removing them and it wasn’t helpful at all, so I just deleted TikTok.
And there’s a couple of studies that suggest TikTok have 95-97% of false information, I rather just delete this tbh.
Most of use will one day be married with wives who hate us and with kids who really aren’t our own

Watching tiktoks is the highlight of my day. I'm not giving up on it. Amazing app.

The key is to doomscroll outdoors.
Yeah, that’s the worst thing, you can’t go a night without doomscrolling.

Your dopamine is fried brochacho, overcome that addiction and delete it.

u need some problems bro, a broken car or motorcycle. Start an investment and you've already spent enough to not go back, two jobs or study asf
Or start new things. Have you ever tried martial arts? Your autism would probably enjoy that. Idk, but there are usually a lot of autistic people in fights.
Btw, planting. Thats cool, making a garden is chad

Mature man trait: creating/inventing something, solving problems, creating problems. Caring for or killing something
This generation from now on probably won't know the basics of things without technology. So idk, take ur time to learn simple things. You dont need to stop and start doing a million things, naturally you will get used to it and your day will be "productive" without u trying
