Yesterday I only ate 2 eggs at breakfast and some sandwiches in between, I was hungry for entire day but I managed to restrain from touching food and I went to sleep.

Today I also ate 2 eggs from morning and few hours later 2 sandwiches. Then I ate flakes with milk and I got fucking diarrhea outta nowhere. Dont wanna go in detail but I was pissing with my asshole, that's how liquid my shit was.

The fuck was that?

I feel my stomach emptied and is much lighter now. I suspect I was bloated before and now released some old shit?

Anyway, fasting continues

last year i stopped eating bread , cola fats & sugar , i ate only salads chicken a bit of meat juices & milk . I lost weight & belly fat

Calculate ur Kalorie cosmuption and eat 200—300 kcal less than that.
AIM for a 250g-500g weight loss per week
Weigh yourself once per week in the morning without eating and after shitting.
If you lose less than 250g per week go 100kcal lower if you re higher than 500g per week eat 100kcal more

That’s the masterplan for weightloss

Also do lifting at least 3 times per week if you don’t have any weights do bodyweight exercisses

Wtf that's not fasting that's just starving yourself bro, I know you didn't ask for diet advice but: get you're calories SLIGHTLY below your maintenance rage and fast for 12 hours/day (overnight obvs). You might get thin eating almost nothing but you'll fuck up your hormones and the stress on your body will probably age you pretty rapidly. Weight is just 1 part of health.

Edit: If you really wanna carry on with this diet atleast make it 1 semi-decent meal instead of multiple snacks.

day 3 was the worst, started eating again on day 5. Day 4 and 5 were easy and wasnt even hungry anymore at day 5 ngl.

Yeah I lost like 3kg, of which 1kg came back once I started eating again probably waterweight. My face looked really lean. But I didn't maintain caloric deficit on the long term so it didn't really matter.

Bodyfat is a longterm game man. Gotta have a goal and schedule spanning multiple months. Short term fasting is pointless unless you want to look especially good on a special day/occasion or something.

It's due to the lack of carbs in your diet. Essentially carbs make your body hold water, and since you haven't been eating carbohydrates, your body isn't used to having all that extra water, so you t basically threw it out your ass. If you wait like 2 weeks eventually it will go away and your body will get used to the extra water. Joe Rogan talks about the same issue while doing carnivore diet, look it up if you want to hear him talk about it.
