No store bought chrmical filled junk eggs, striaght out if the chickens oussy to my mouth.

Cant speak since im not sure what makes raw eggs safe to eat (japanese people eat them raw because certain sanitation protocols ig, which makes them safe), but here in Italy i never heard of eggs that are usually safe to eat raw

But my eggs are from a farm that just sells it with no cleaniness or anything. They get it from the chickens and sell it, no process.

Drinking raw egg whites is retarded. Best thing is to mix a bunch of yolks with kefir. Super based drink and is basically a whole ass meal.
