im aiming to reach a peak blood concentration of 1300-1400 so im being pretty careful about it
gonna consume 600 mg and 400 mg at a pattern to bring my peak to almost 1500 mg in the blood.

felt pretty okay today but more sweaty and thirsty asf.

cause reta takes too long and it doesnt necessarily burn fat but make you not want to it,
ive been on reta for a week and it gave me a 2 lb fat loss thats it

Yeah personally dnp just makes you skinny fat cause of all the muscle loss also you can't run it for long so the fat loss is basically minimal, also reta targets glucagon which burns more calories and pure fat only which is just heavenly
