Day 21 of self improvement
They say it takes 3 weeks to set a habit, I haven’t set a single one
Drank 3L today, stretched, and did a whole bunch of other stuff
Highlight of today - Talking to an old lady and she told me I look like I’m 30+, and I’m 20 for reference. OVERRRRR. Fuck that. At least that’s more motivation but damn. And it’s not just her like 2 other ppl told me the same thing.
It’s a face thing, need to lock the fuck in.
I will achieve my goals no matter what I can’t be stopped
MENTAL HEALTH: feeling a little angry and hurt, also feel a little shocked that I was eetarded today. Otherwise feel good and feel like I can somewhat organize and achieve my goals. I know the task ahead of me is overwhelming but I know that if I want it badly enough I’ll achieve it
3 things im grateful for:
Not being car sick and plane sick
Having big feet
having fresh clean water to drink
1 thing to achieve tomorrow: watch the cooking videos
