day 22 of nofap

I try harded sleep for a week , no blue light 3hrs before bed , 20k steps a day for physical fatigue, stacked 400mg L-theanine , 500mg ashwagandha , 500mg magnesium , 5g glycine, valerian root tinctures. Recently used melatonin 5mg and book read but sleep does not come JFL

I think my shit is lowkey fried :forcedsmile:
Damn for me I only need to do a few of those to have a good night sleep.
Maybe I’m less tapped than I think

It was clearly a joke but yeah 43 is an achievement however for me I always got about 60 on average then I went back now I haven’t done anything since early on this year so yeah I’m solid

id try warm approaches by joining clubs and things of that nature
