• Nighttime mess:
  • My dumbass brother needed math help for a whole hour before bed, so no chill time.
  • Hit the sack around 11:55 PM, probably fell asleep around 1:00 AM.
• What went down today:
  • Was dying to rub one out all day, didn't even want sex just fucking wanted to release
  • Didn’t touch my phone; screen time was like 15 minutes, max.
  • Worked 9 hours straight, ended up with a skull-splitting headache
