Ate baked beans and eggs for breakfast, banana and 2 apples for lunch plus some strawberry and mandarin, for dinner ate mince and rice with tomato and lettuce. Worked all day then did heaps of pushups, pullups and sit-ups, I'm gonna start doing these 3 everyday to framemax
My question is do any of you actually sleep on your back? If you do please reply and give advice or tips on how to fall asleep on your back, heard its good for symmetry
