I'm currently 137.2 lbs, and I want to achieve 130 before this week ends. I haven't eaten in 2 days, and I won't stop until I achieve that. Realistically, I want to be at 125.

I'm extremely short and lack muscle mass; that's why it's such low body weight, but I don't give a fuck about what people are going to say in the thread. This is just my truth.



I'll update in a few days about my "fasting."

If you short at least gain weight and muscle, last thing you should be doing is this
 
I've always found fasting to be not so bad after the first day

It is productive for my goals; my body will burn more calories. Yes, it'll kill muscle mass, but most importantly, body fat at a rapid rate, so it inherently isn't the best way to achieve max leanness, but it is the fastest. I’m not stressing about health markers; I don’t care about that shit.
