Day 4 of intermittent fasting to lose weight

Just broke it at 3pm rn (since ibe been fasting for 21-22hours)
Eating a whole pringles can which has ~1000 calories
Then im gonna cycle for an hour to burn calories
cyclings a really good way to burn calories google it
And drink a lot water since pringles has salt which csn cause bloat

How do you get your daily protein intake for your gym/size gains when you eat pringles lol ?!

I dont reallt care abt muscles tbh

I dont like eggs for some reaskn😂😂
Ive stsrted eating better (i cut out a lot junk and all drinks)
But i just had a prigle cuz my dad bought one lol
 
Proud of the dedication, disappointed in the Pringles.

If you don't have a high protein diet and gymcel while cutting you won't be able to maintain your muscle. So you might be losing weight but a whole lot of muscle too.

I prioritise my face too but losing a lot of muscle can hurt your frame, or even make your bad frame worse. I would recommend trying to maintain muscle mass while cutting.

I eat meats for protein (had 2 chickens yesterday) but i dont gymcel
Im gonna stsrt doing bodyweight exercises

Good to hear, shame you don't like eggs cause that's an easy meal for me.
By gymcelling I just meant some form of weight training. I only do bodyweight exercises all from home: pull-ups, push-ups, dips, etc.

Yeah Ill start lifting the weights I have at home
Since apparantly weight lifting boosts metabolism
