Day 4 on evil Reta

Today was terrible. I get up and immediately feel like im going to faint, I've got no hunger but I have lost around 5 lbs since yesterday. Though I definitely messedup by starting at 1 mg. I just bed rotted and doomscrolled on social media. Im gay

js lower down ur dose next time some people start off with .25 mg

or u js might of gotten laced which happened to me one time
