Today something quite cool happened, as you may know in day 4 I complained about my insane pressure headache, today it was lowkey the same but it genuinely gave me low inhibition in school i was chill with everyone and it was like the headache made me not stress out in school

Anyways my journey is going great regardless.

Can someone with iq tell me if it’s completely okay to take 4 iu nightly? I previously took 2.5 morning and 1.5 night and got the pressure ache, can I still stay and switch to 4 iu nightly without long issues? I want to just surge on with 4 ius
