I feel like i cant take a full breath ngl I might get some of that oxygen in a bottle shit for athletes

Woke up sweating in like a -10 degree room

No noticeable heat when out of bed tho

I did see my abs more clearly than ever today and its only day 5

the difficulty to breathe is starting to worry me a bit
