I have the keto flu, head hurts so much when I move, I know you have to just push through it, but I hate this feeling so much, thinking about never eating carbs again sounds awful tbh. I don't want to just quit cause I want to give it at least a month but I don't wake up with morning wood or get hard randomly through the day.
Been eating half a dozen eggs, a lot of butter, 80/20 ground beef (around 4 servings), sour cream, cheese, whole milk, mackerel, steak, etc. If this isn't gone by mid next week I'm going back to eating carbs.

the diet just means its animal products, you can still have like 20-30 grams of carbs a day

Drink water with salt in it to restore electrolytes until you're fully adapted. If you boil meat/fish, you can add salt to the broth and drink it. Also don't worry about staying like that forever, once you get used to running on fat (don't forget to eat enough) sugar and bread will taste disgusting (they did for me at least).
