I've fapped once in the past 5 days, obviously without Porn. It was a meditative experience, I don't often get a change to close my eyes and focus on something, so overall a positive experience.

Biggest change has been reacting to stimuli. I'm actually interested when I see a hot girl now, rather than just not giving a fuck.

Next update will probably be 15 days, I've been told that's when big changes begin.
