I woke up at 135 lbs. Reaching 130 lb is my ultimate goal, but this is hell; I need to get to 125 so I can be my leanest.

I HAVE DONE NO CARDIO OR LIFTING SINCE I'M BRUTALLY SICK, SO I'VE JUST BEEN STARVING.

No lol, it's just that I'm trying to post on the forum for 365 days, that's all.

You're playing a dangerous game. Crashing your hormonal profile is a bad idea (even though I understand that you're sick right now).

I don't really care about my hormone levels since I'll be blasting 500 mg of test in 3 months.

What's your height

That statement is wrong. You lose both fat and muscle; your body doesn't magically target muscle.

It definitely is. I'll spend less time starving myself, so a shorter time period of feeling miserable, and I'll just return to maintenance and rebuild from there, and I'm running a cycle a few months from now, so I'm not stressing over this less than marginal muscle loss.

BRUTAL LIFE MOG

Anyways, I'm already admiring the low body fat I'm at right now. My life has skyrocketed. I've been partying almost every day and getting invited to travel.

this is false and has been studied for decades jfl. you lose muscles first and then muscles, ive even tried it myself. my fat belly stayed while my arms and shoulders got smaller and smaller

Brother, link me a study because, honestly, by the looks of it, you can't even form a proper sentence.

The "Gold Standard": Cahill’s Starvation Studies (1960s-1970s)

Dr. George Cahill is considered the "father" of fasting physiology. His research at Harvard Medical School tracked people fasting for up to 40 days to see how the brain survives.

  • The Finding: In the first 48–72 hours, the body burns about 75 grams of protein per day (mostly from muscle) to create glucose for the brain.
  • The Switch: By day 5 or 6, as the brain switches to ketones for fuel, the rate of protein breakdown drops to only 15–20 grams per day.
  • The Takeaway: Your body aggressively sacrifices muscle for the first 3 days, but once you are in "deep ketosis," it protects your muscle to favor burning fat."

keto only starts when you dont eat anything at all. you obviously still eat small portions so u only burn muscles

Even if this were to be true, I haven't eaten anything in 4 days now; I've only drunk alcohol, so I don't know where this idea that I've been eating anything came from.

"There are zero carbs in a single serving of tequila. The alcohol is distilled, so there is no longer any naturally occurring sugar and usually, there are no added sugars. Tequila contains no fiber."

"No, calories don't directly stop ketosis; carbohydrate intake is the primary factor, as excessive carbs (sugars/starches) trigger insulin and switch your body back to burning glucose instead of fat"
