Today i felt the same side effects, nothing too bad. I’m thinking about upping the dose to 12 IUs instead of 8 cuz it would make more sense for my weight. Joints are a little bit swollen but this is totally fine i can still workout etc. For the price (43 cents per IU) i’m glad i got such a purity. I measured myself today and for the first time since i started taking it, i’m a little taller.
