Sloppy essay incoming. Some eggs with like 50g cheese on top and two glasses milk had like 5 dates lol and a bowl of grapes i wanted bananas and kiwi so bad but i couldnt go out bcus im sick (didnt want) and then i had work came home had like 4 chicken legs and something but i forgot lol water, and dude holy shit i didnt realise this but im deadass healed even if thats coincedince i feel so much better from a clean diet i will be doing this more often end of the day 1400 calories and reached my protein and calcium goal so im happy lost 2,5kg now lol but most is water weight, and again thank you for taking the time to read my post. Also below is my a week ago vs now idk if in delusional but i did debloat a lil. (Sub5 warning)🤣

Your in a huge calorie defecit if your eating 1400 calories a day. At 15, you should be eating lots of food, even in a surplus maybe. I'd stop if I were you unless you dont care about your height and growth
