Up until this point I’ve been eating in around a maintenance on average, will start cutting hard and hopefully reach 11% by mid July (currently 15%). Looking wider in clothes, arm vascularity is more pronounced. I get agitated slightly easier but it’s nothing crazy, could even be placebo.
