7:32 - Rip my mouth tape off
7:33 - Goon to Gio Scotti ferociously (can't waste too much time gooning)

7:41 - Floss my teeth

7:47 - Cook a breakfast consisting of 4 eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon with a glass of raw milk as my drink.

8:09 - I illegally drive to Crunch Fitness with only my learner's permit, keys, headphones, phone, and a stick of Dr. Squatch Wood Barrel Bourbon Deodorant.
8:20 - I arrive at Crunch Fitness; I avoid the police as my ND stare of doom allows to me fraud as a 17-year-old
8:22 - I check into Crunch Fitness
8:23 - Depending on whatever day of my split I'm on I'll work on those muscle groups (Since it's Tuesday it's back/bicep day)

As we are on back/bicep day this is my routine (its hypertrophy based):
  • Lat Pulldown – 4 sets x 8-12 reps
  • T-Bar Rows – 4 sets x 8-12 reps
  • Seated Cable Rows – 3 sets x 10-12 reps
  • EZ Bar Preacher Curls – 3 sets x 10-12 reps
  • Concentration Curls – 3 sets x 12-15 reps
8:24 - I begin my workout
8:25 – I begin my Lat Pulldown
8:32 – I finish Lat Pulldown
8:33 – I set up T-Bar Row
8:35 – I begin T-Bar Row
8:42 – I finish T-Bar Row
8:43 – I move to Seated Cable Row
8:44 – I begin Seated Cable Row
8:49 – I finish Seated Cable Row
8:50 – I set up EZ Bar Preacher Curls
8:52 – I begin EZ Bar Preacher Curls
8:57 – I finish Preacher Curls
8:58 – I grab a dumbbell and bench for Concentration Curls
8:59 – I begin Concentration Curls

9:23 - I take turn on the faucet to the shower
9:24 - I step in the shower
9:25 - As I am a die-hard Dr. Squatch fan I use their Sulfate & Paraben free Pine Tar scented shampoo (only on Wednesdays and Saturdays)
9:26 - I wash my body with castile soap
9:30 - I use whatever all-natural conditioner my mom buys (I don't really give a shit about conditioner brands as long as they're natural without harmful ingredients)
9:32 - I rinse my hair
9:33 - I turn the shower off
9:34 - I dry myself (I use one towel for my body and another for hair and face)
9:35 - I scrunch my hair with my towel until it's damp and I apply 6 sprays of sea salt spray (One in the front, two on each side, one in the back.)
9:36 - I wobble to my room to put on my clothes
9:37 - I go back to the bathroom to style my hair and apply my Dr. Squatch Wood Barrel Bourbon Deodorant (I apply some on my hand to rub on my crotch)
9:40 - I go to my desk and log into my PC
9:45 - I check my discord
10:00 - Play a game (Usually either Red Dead Online, Descenders, or COD)
11:00 - Stop playing the game
11:05 - Start some of the assigned summer reading I have to do for my AP Seminar class
12:00 - Finish the summer reading (for the day)
12:05 - I wander into the kitchen and raid the fridge for ingredients to cook lunch
12:10 - I cook lunch (This is usually anything today I made two of these Greek Pita thingies with Pita Bread, Cream Cheese, Lamb, Greek Onions, and White Onions)
12:20 - Finish cooking lunch
12:22 - Eat lunch
12:23 - Watch more Hexum edits on TikTok maybe even some Rira edits
12:30 - Finish Lunch
12:32 - Grab a piece of fruit and walk back to my room (Usually a banana, peach, or mango)
12:35 - Hop on Discord VC with the boys
12:40 - We probably play something together or just talk (If we just talk I will usually either do other things like play something, scroll on ORG a little, etc.)
1:30 PM - I usually shit at this time so yeah
2:30 PM - Stop playing with the boys
2:35 PM - Scroll on ORG (Started talking on my account recently before then I just lurked a lot)
7:15 PM - Stop scrolling on ORG to eat dinner
7:20 PM - Eat dinner (Eat whatever mom makes)
7:35 PM - Finish Dinner
7:40 PM - Scroll on ORG some more (The boys are usually on at this time so I just VC with them while I scroll)
9:00 PM - Apply redlight filter on PC to avoid blue light suppressing my melatonin
10:00 PM - Start feeling tired (start of my nightly routine)
10:05 PM - Put on pajama bottoms and a T-shirt
10:10 PM - Floss my teeth
10:11 PM - Brush my teeth
10:13 PM - Scrape my tongue
10:14 PM - Swish mouth with mouth rinse
10:15 PM - Stumble back to room and hop in bed with my phone (With the redlight filter on)
10:16 PM - Watch more Hexum edits
10:28 PM - Put phone in living room (Can't let the EMFs interfere with my sleep)
10:29 PM - Put on mouth tape
10:30 PM - Close eyes and fall asleep on my back
