Day 1 without meds. I suppose they are still in my blood stream, I have barely talked to my voices the whole day and also yesterday (where i had meds) like nothing.
My therapist finally responded my email. On Thursday I will see him. I will beg for Vyvanse JFL
Im thinking about Elvanse paired with Guanfacine and daridorexant at night.

Thanks the thing is i miss the good voices, but when the good voices exist then also the bad voices exist.

meds make me super more productive but the absence of sleep and voices tortures me, yet the absence of meds also tortures my productivity

I also hate the meds, but the past week the bad voices played to much with me so i rather get insomnia than hear them

What do the voices say usually

voice 1 to 3 say mostly good stuff though voice 3 talks down on me but i barely interact with her

and then i have 2 bad voices that pop up at night and they scare me and say i will kill you or just play around with me. When its dark they say "there is a snake on the floor and it will bite you" then i make the lights on and there isnt a snake but it scared me

Yes I’m concerned Abt that. Concerta and Medikinet make them go away though.

whats ur bodyweight? im curious, after i quit weed cold turkey i became schizophrenic lol i could barely eat. sometimes schizophrenia is when ur nerves do not have enough quality fats to insulate it. It went away in 2 days after eating the 'lube formula'

u should fr check out the primal diet, could be bad spirits messing with u, when ur nerves are demylinated due to malnutrition they become more sensitive to emf's. i used to be obsessed with ghosts when i was like 7 years old and i would always see the ghsot hunters use emf devices to detect spirits so yea they could do stuff like ts. but idk really.
