Hey I want to start trading, anybody who trades how did you learn, and through who? Also if you can tell me which paper trading sites are the best that would be chill. Thanks

I would suggest ICT, many people will hate on him, I personally dont believe that he created the algo in which the market is run on, but I do believe he is one of the most precise traders to ever touch the markets, he has many students who teach his concepts without all of his rants, but me personally I like the rants, scroll through his twitter, he has some of the best executions ever, if you want to go for something else go for it, the market is truly all perspective and data. If you like him, I suggest going to TTrades, learn the lingo, if you want easier, go for TJR starter course, after you learn the lingo, watch ICT 2022 mentorship, it changed my trading so much, just so you know I am a trader, Ill post what I took today. (papertrading since I am not 18 yet.)

Once I am older and the trader I know I can be, I will 100% be a 1 on 1 coach but for now its all about mastering the craft for me.

Tradingview is gonna be the best option for you imo, so much customization, easy papertrading setup, and what most people use nowadays for charting.

Im 2 and a half years in, started when I was 15 but really took it serious when I turned 16, I would suggest futures because of the potential of prop firms, it took me a few months to understand all of the ICT lingo, but when you understand the lingo of ICT, and then you start learning the concepts and finding what works for you, it can take anywhere from 6 months to multiple years, its up to your work ethic, and if you actually solve the problems you are dealing with through journaling and backtesting, my best advice is learn what works for you, if its not ICT, people are profitable with all types of trading styles, I just find ICT to be the best for me.

most strategies work
you just need good risk management and experience

learn some concepts
backtest a year or two
then papertrade for a couple months
then buy a funded
you can buy multiple and use a copytrader later on to scale up

once you have enough capital, just trade with a personal account

It really depends, Im not the craziest with numbers, possibly down the line, but Im not even on a live account just yet, I plan to be in about 2 months but as of right now I am strictly price action with previous data to back it up, if I get into coding later on I would probably code myself an algo.
