Day 1 at the gym mb i didnt upload it tmr i was tired and forgot. Day 1 i did cheat and triceps 2 set till failure. Chest- Dumbbell press with the 10kgs, Chest press with 12.5 kg plates , and some assisted dips with a idk exactly how much kgs rubber band for triceps i did pull downs with a V bar (15kgs), Skull crushers with the rope 10 kgs, after that i decided to do some abs which i dont know the names of the exercises. I will post day 2 later today. Peace
