im a european but living in middle east rn i was white when i was 12-11 but since i hit puberty i got too tanned my arms look like they are burnt but it is different from the color from my stomach and other non exposed parts any suggestion?????im a greycel but with mid appeal and low psl plzz help me

Yes. Just use it everyday where sun hits your skin and the tan will fade, it always does. Migght want to do hats and long sleeves as well but no ncessary as long as you use sunscreen.
